Dr Vampsi was not a helpful doctor he was very arrogant and abrupt and sent me into a panic attack. I felt uncomfortable being in the surgery room when he just continued to yell at me because my release of information had not come from my other surgery yet. With mental health history, domestic violence history and being released from prison I wasn't coping but he still would not understand my situation or help me. I don't recommend this doctor at all.

Terrible bunch of people, my mothers was in loads of pain could not see regular doctor, so had to see dr noor whom would not fill scripts for my 73 year old mothers medication, asked about another issue and got i dont kno as a reply. These pathetic excuses for himan beings need to have the medical practitioners licence revokes asap

Awful experience. Came down with a bout of food poisoning and could not get into my normal doctor. Booked here instead to get some advice and a medical certificate. Firstly Dr Somasundaran (if she is in fact a real doctor) immediately attacked me for coming as a first time visitor for 'an illness that is not easily identifiable' and interrogated me as to why I didn't visit my original doctor. Initially refused to provide me with a medical certificate, but relented eventually when I mentioned that my doctor was busy. What a disappointing medical centre, I'm sick with a serious fever for days and due to the fact I have cold & flu symptoms they will not let me visit the medical centre in person for a proper consultation. I have then booked a phone consultation with any doctor in this clinic (bulk bill)
I booked for 9:45am, I received a missed call at 9:19am, I promptly called back at 9:30am to be told I missed my appointment.... what? It was booked for 9.45 ! They said the doctor will call me when she has the next availability.
For the next 2hours i wait for the 9:45am appointment, so I call the clinic again

Dr Nilusha Arachchige was very disappointing. After going to her for heart problems, I missed an appointment due to my partner being sick. I then tried to rebook and got told she requested to not see me again. These doctors do not care about you. Please, if you actually want medical advise to help you, go somewhere else. They did not even want to put me on beta blockers and my heart rate resting was 124bpm. Please do not go to these people.

The practice is shiny & new, very clean & welcoming, conveniently located in the Kippa-Ring shopping centre. The ladies on reception were lovely, very friendly & helpful. It's a shame that Dr Rani Somasundarum obviously needs to be retrained in the basics of bedside manner. During my very first consultation, she not only said exercise was something… I obviously wasn't "too bothered with" (since being heavy always means you're completely unfit, lazy & unhealthy), she also expressed utter confusion with my lifestyle - that as an unmarried childfree single woman who lives alone
