A University of Glasgow graduate (ranked in the UK's top five medical schools), Caroline has worked as a doctor since 2003, general practice since 2009, and moved to Australia in 2015.

Booked online last night and was able to make an appointment for 8:45am today. I get there and front door says shut till Monday? Unable to get a new script written for my antibiotics resulting in me having to wait until my doctor comes back from holidays to do a telehealth call on Friday as there are no other doctors available in the area. Other people were also confused with the signs on the front door stating closed when apparently the business advertised they would be open on a day prior.

I called the reception to ask if I could get my ultrasound results sent to this clinic the day prior to the appointment, and I was told by Jane that the doctor would do it tomorrow, "in the click of a button". I thought this was a bit wrong because the doctor would have been busy with his schedule, but it was their word not mine.
So I get in today and again ask the reception about the transfer BEFORE the appointment again, and was told to "fill out a form, and we will call the clinic after your appointment". Well, that is mildly different from what I was told yesterday? Anyway, so I see Dr Mark

I honestly can’t recommend this place enough! We have seen all 3 doctors; Jim, Neha and Caroline. All three have always been super thorough, listen to all our concerns and or recommend the right avenues. They never make you feel like you have silly questions and will answer every question professionally and are extremely kind. Our whole little family have finally found our life long GP centre. Best services, all lovely nurses, receptionist and doctors.

So blessed to have this medical centre move into our local area. Finally I can make an appointment and get the continuity of care with the same doctor everytime.
