Medpods Medical Centre's North Lakes Doctors are available most days, with the exception of Sunday. Dr. Deepa graduated from India in 2007 and she worked in challenging primary care facilities in rural and remote parts of India before moving to Australia in 2010.

Dr Astrid Zussino is a caring and friendly doctor who enjoys all aspects of General Practice. Originally from Central Queensland, Dr Astrid undertook her medical degree at the University of Queensland in Brisbane.
Medpods are looking for GP's to work in their new practices. Medpods Medical Centres have already been adopted by Westfield and will be rolled out to other locations throughout Australia. The Medpods are focused on GP's who prefer to work in a smaller practice. This model is based on old fashion service values using the latest healthcare management technology.

Always get seen in time of appointment. Have gone to several different Doctors due to work commitments. All Doctors I have seen have listened and provided advise and referrals if needed. Administration staff always friendly and one of the cleanest medical practices I have been in. Well done everyone :)

Always a long wait time. Wondering why we book an appointment. Every time I go there i wait 30-45min, it is really annoying when you work. I can understand a wait but when it is a long wait time every time you go there, you wonder the efficiency of their booking system.
Doctor is lovely.
Although I really miss the old receptionist. The new staff is not as nice, it is a shame.

Well done team, to the amazing upgrade. From the smiley, welcoming beautiful receptionist, lovely caring Doctors, and the super efficient amazing nurse, you couldn't ask for more. I have been attending this practice for nearly 2 years and was so surprised with the make over and the warm atmosphere as soon as I walked in. As soon as you enter, 'you know they care'

DR Helen and Dr Azmeeri are both such lovely people. The receptionist is the nicest medical receptionist I have ever come across! It's so quick and easy to get the help you need, barely any wait time. Environment is clean, and the way things have been designed the space is calm and quiet even though it is in a busy mall.

Have been here a few times now as the location is handy, however there is no sign of good old fashioned service. Every time I go there, the receptionist makes you sign in yourself. With online booking facilities and self sign-in why even have a receptionist? Today I went there to see Dr Deepa for a 9.30 appt. 30min later still no sign of her. My toddler is tired and screaming his head off. Meanwhile I see that Dr Helen is managing to stick to the allocated appointment times and clients are seen on time. I ask the receptionist if we can't see her instead since I've been here well before others have
