We had the pleasure of dealing with Team Affleck last year. Unfortunately our circumstances changed and we weren't able to follow through with purchasing through them, but Team Affleck were fantastic in helping us find some amazing houses. They were incredibly accommodating with the times that we were available to attend viewings, and the houses they found matched our needs and budget perfectly.
