Poor service of the reception. I called to book for a dorctor interview for consulting my child’s covid vaccination. The reception kept on asking me if we got symptoms of covid and I have answered we did't again and again. However he kept on asking which seemed like I was cheating to her. It’s ridiculous! I don’t know if the reception has a discrimination towards people who have got covid? The reception bring really uncomfortable feelings to the patient.

We were bulk billed "00036 - CONSULTATION AT CONSULTING ROOMS - LEVEL 'C'" for a consultation which took maximum 10 minutes for my child, when usually my regular GPs charge LEVEL B consultation for a thorough consultation. The GP we consulted did not enter any of our comments into the records, rather simply took notes on some notepad and advised to return in 3 months. Very unorganised facility and will never return.

We couldn't see our usual doctor so we booked here with Dr Deepak Raja. Dr was 40min late. Our daughter had an eczema outbreak and we knew it's triggered by an allergy. Doctor refused to investigate the cause of the allergy and just did the basic Eczema speech even after I told him all the thing we tried and how long we have been fighting it for. He finally agreed to prescribe what we came for after I insisted instead of the other thing he recommended and we know doesn't work in her case.
Fortunately our usual doctor is good and definitely said that what our daughter had was more than the usual
