Peoples' Choice Property Management opened its doors in December of 2008. It comprised of only 2 staff and a rent role you could count on one hand. With the visions of its directors it was obvious it was only a matter of time until the rent role grew at a rapid rate. Today we have approximately 350 properties which has been solely built on a referral basis.

This is a report that is compiled at the commencement of a tenancy prior to your tenant moving into the property. This report outlines the condition of the property at the commencement of the tenancy and is used when the tenant vacates to ensure that the property is left in the same condition.
An exit inspection is carried out at the end of a tenancy which is checked against the original condition report which has been taken at commencement of the lease.It is at this point in time that any discrepancies that need to be rectified by the tenant are identified and addressed. Routine inspections are conducted after a tenant takes possession of the property and are conducted every three months.

Before deciding to rent a property there are a few rules and regulations that you need to take into consideration. A Residential Tenancy Agreement or 'lease' will be drawn up and is the legal contract that both you and your landlord must abide by. Lease/tenancy agreements differ between states, so please make sure you have the documentation from your appropriate state.

Have been renting under this management group for close to three months now, and have been more impressed than with any prior property management group already!
All of our payments towards the house are met with an acknowledging receipt allowing me to easily track how much rent I have paid and up until what date,
The condition reports as well as the rent inspection reports are not lazily slapped together, they are very comprehensive and well presented, and they also provide me a copy at each inspection
On top of this, Barbara & Steve are incredibly approachable, professional and friendly!

MC Property Plus have been my property manager for a short while, however within this time Barbara, my property manager appointed to look after my property, has been a pleasure to deal with. She accommodates my needs, is well trained, experienced, knowledgable, friendly and professional in all dealings with me. All maintenance matters are handled quickly at fair reasonable rates with only quality trades people employed. I’m kept informed regularly of changes, updates and rental inspections. Barbara recently took over managing two of my properties. She has been exceptional. She helped with getting rid of a terrible tenant who had trashed the house. Barbara is an exceptional property manager. We have had our investment for over 5 years and it wasnt until Barbara took over the managment of our unit did we understand the true value of what it is like to have an exceptional manager. Barabara is prompt and reliable, is a wealth of knowledge and is always keeping one step ahead overseeing that everything with our property runs smoothly. MC Property Plus looks after my investment property long time ago and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Barbara is always responsive and gets back to my questions immediately, she always let us know if any maintenance issue and get it sorted asap. When the previous tenant left the property suddenly, Barbara managed to find us new tenants so quickly so the property was not empty at all. Just recommended!

We have used MC Property plus to manage our rental properties since 2016. The reason we have stayed with them is their responsiveness to us and more importantly our tenants. Concerns and repairs have been addressed professionally and promptly. Barbara sources reliable tradespeople quickly so that tenants are not disadvantaged or disgruntled. We have been kept informed of any changes via email in a polite and professional manner. She is a fantastic organiser and provides a high level of service.
