Terrible experience at Fone King in Westfield Pitt St. They sold me a $50 glass protector for iPhone, took very little time (or care) when attaching it, then refused to replace when I took it back after it started to lift a few days after application, citing the fact that I didn't return to the store within 2 weeks of purchase (I wasn't able to get back into the city until 3 weeks after purchase). Taking my business elsewhere and I suggest everyone do the same.

AVOID THIS STORE. Very poor quality products. I bought a case for $60 within a week it was scratched. I only ever keep it in my pocket or a specific pocket in my bag. Buttons were so hard to press, the back was covered in scratches. I tried to return it to swap it but the staff were very defensive and refused to help in any way. Said I had scratched it. The case I had for 1.5 years previously had less scratches. Didn't come in a box and when I googled it the brand is exclusive to Fone king. My $15 case from JBHIFI has out done the $60 purchase from this cheap rip off store. Staff are arrogant.

I went to this man when he was just about finished closing up. I was really short on time and needed help putting on a screen saver on my iphone and my iPad. Although he had to catch a train, he went out of his way to unpack and put the screen saver on both my iphone and My iPad. His attitude was excellent and so was the job he did for me. I will certainly return.

The customer service was friendly, attentive, and overall satisfactory. However the quality of the products is awful. Being charged $50 for a sub-par screen protector that begun peeling off my handset two days later is unacceptable. Money down the drain, and I needed to purchase another screen protector and subsequently doubling my losses. Best you spend your dollars on genuine products, for brand name screen protectors, that will actually last you.

Something dodgy going on here... (with some added unprofessionalism from the QVB store)
I got my iPhone X screen replaced at Fone King Pitt St. store (but repairs are carried out at the QVB store). Within a year of replacement, one of the corners of my screen began to lift up from the casing; naturally, I took it back to Pitt St., they informed me that it was still under warranty and they will replace it. After returning to the Pitt St. store about an hour later, I was told that the QVB technician diagnosed a "swollen" battery had snapped the clips and was causing the screen to lift, ultimately

Area manager should be either fired or given a course in customer service and manners in general. I came today to return a screen protector that was applied at the store and came off the next day - she refused to give me a refund although it was clear on the receipt that i am eligible for a refund if there's a major issue - her rude reply was "I can't issue a refund because I don't know what you guys do to your phones when you take them home". Although I used to be happy with the customer service at this store, i used to come every 6 months to renew my screen protector or buy phone accessories

Extremely helpful! After shattering my phone from a trip overseas, I thought I was going to lose all my data from the damage but I was referred to this place by a friend and the lovely staff members Chris and Mac helped me to restore my data and fix my phone.
The whole repair Took around an hour and was a nice and easy book in.
I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received here! After the repair they also suggested a great case and screen protector to prevent it from happening again and have my younger son a balloon and little fan as a free gift.

Do not trust! Worst phone repair experience ever. I cracked my screen and went to replace it and they suggested i replace my battery as well, promising they use Apple certified and quality products. The battery they replaced it with was faulty and my phone stopped working shortly after. I have replaced it again and their batteries do not last long at all, my phone has not charged properly since, and now i have to replace it again. They also scammed me into buying a new phone charger, claiming it was my charger and not the faulty/poor quality batteries they use. They would not refund the charger
