Newcastle Florist went above and beyond helping me get 4 flower arrangements organised to be delivered to a school in Biddabah, that wasn't in their area for deliveries. I mentioned I had looked on other florist sites. Newcastle Florist arrangements were perfect for what I needed and the price was far better than any other florist offered. I must say that I am really disappointing, I ordered flowers online on 28 December 2020 for same day delivery for my daughters 18th Birthday. it was not until the following day 29 December 2020 that I receive an email indicating that the you were closed until 11 January 2021, there was no indication that you were closed on Google or your website, I was able to go through the process of ordering and paying, I suggest that you update your pages to indicate that you are closed.

Placed my order online and selected an arrangement from the website to send to my daughter. She was so excited she cried when she received the beautiful bouquet. The picture she sent looked exactly like the one I chose. The delivery was timely and service was professional- excellent job! I will be sure to use this florist again!! Thank you for your service :)

Such beautiful flowers and great service! The arrangements are so well made, the best value I've ever seen and the most amount of flowers included, they last AGES and are so fresh and good quality, and the staff go out of their way to help with getting the perfect arrangement design, card, and delivery. Couldn't recommend them enough!
