Have been buying beans from atomica for years now (since 2018) as we like their hook turn blend. Recently ordered 2kg of hook turn beans. However we were sent dark roast -which we are not fans of. I had definitely ordered and was invoiced as Hook Turn.
No problem, I thought. Honest mistake. I’ll just get in touch with them and arrange to swap it over.
Emailed them, called, emailed again, called again, tried calling at all different times of day. Tried calling several times in a row. Left voice messages. Nothing.
They are uncontactable. I’m sure they would be available to take another $100

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, unless you love having your time wasted, enjoy spending two weeks chasing your refund and you enjoy feeling frustrated.
I purchased a kilo of coffee from them, they sent me beans instead of ground as I had purchased. Then they ignored my emails for one week, then finally got in touch, only to ignore me for another week. The number on their website is disconnected, I finally got in touch with the owner on a mobile number who advised they are short staffed and that she'd be refunding me that day and sending a transfer screenshot, that didn't happen. Now she is leaving my text
