Abanob (Aba) is the senior podiatrist and clinic director of Foot Health Podiatry Clinics. He has a particular interest in sports podiatry and musculoskeletal injuries being invloved with several sporting clubs treating injuries such as plantar fasciiopathy & achilles tendiopathy. Abanob has a multidisciplinary and holistic approaches to treatment using evidence based treatment options.
At Foot Health Podiatry, we are able to assess your sports related injuries regardless of the level or sport you play. Our podiatrists will assess your injury and any underlying causes including your lower limb biomechanics (function), gait and lower limb strength. If you own a pair/pairs of orthotics (insoles), kindly bring them to your consult as this may assist our podiatrists with their initial assessments and management plans.

It occurs when part of the nail penetrates/brakes the skin. As your skin acts as a protective barrier to the inside of your body, this can allow bacteria that naturally grows on the skin to enter the site and lead to infections. Offending nail spike: on the day our expert and highly trained podiatrists will aim to remove the offending nail spike which often continues to drive the pain and the infection.
Diabetes Mellitus is an epidemic of the 21st century. It can present in many forms including Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. In all cases diabetes can have a serious negative impact on the body and in particularly the feet. If present, peripheral vascular disease and peripheral neuropathy are a concern as they can lead to diabetic foot ulcers, gangrene, long lasting infections and amputations.

He is very patient, knowledgeable and explains things very well. The physical therapy program and dry needling he provided me with assisted greatly with my recovery. Highly recommended.

Aba kindly takes the time to explain each step of any procedure he is performing, which really helps put you at ease from any anxiety or worry that you may have.
