Definitely taking my car back for regular servicing. Had a warning engine light pop up and took it in to diagnose the prob. Turned out to be a glitch in my cars software . The mechanic was down to earth and easy to talk too. Spent a good half hour with my car and didn't charge me! Plenty of other mechanics would have charged at least 60 dollars. Thanks everyone at Hanos !

I brought my alternator in just to have the pulley removed with an impact wrench. I went in fully expecting to pay, before I gave it to them. I asked how much it would be. But they said don't worry about it. Which I appreciate, even for a 10 second job.
When he took the rotor out of the vice, he let the whole thing drop from a bit over a metre, destroying the bearing(This was a custom alternator shipped from America). Dropped it in front of my eyes, was beyond unapologetic about it. Did not even say sorry, just gave me the broken pieces, gave it back too me and was like, 'you can just buy a bearing
