You will need to provide 100 points of identification as detailed on the form, including a drivers licence or passport or Birth Certificate. Would not recommend at all. Big talk and deliver nothing. Agent was David who wanted to charge near $4000 for marketing. No social media, no newspapers, sign, no one could see and they advised to chuck it. So worth nothing. Late for open. People not called back that enquired about the property. Constant lies told to people that the owner refused to show the property because the agent was too lazy to drive out and do an inspection.
Worse, offers handed in that were not forwarded through.
No I would not recommend this agent to anyone. Stay clear.

So we bought a new investment property up on Southport around two months back at the time of this review - I spoke to various agents over the phone and finally handed over our property to be taken over and managed by Professionals Burleigh despite Southport being a bit far away from the real estate - The reasons why we chose Professionals Burleigh was transparency from call number one when I spoke to Brendan and he provided me a detailed explanation of fees and charges in writing - Brendan was very detailed, approachable at any time, valued my time and even helped me to get some repairs quotes

Brenden, from the get-go has been fabulous to work with. Martin O'Reilly is extremely professional and friendly. He knew everything about the property and as a local, he gave us so many great tips about the local area. He even took us on a shortcut to our children's school. His communication was very clear and open at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with such an honest, genuine and down to earth agent.
