At Unearthed Vitality, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training. Since being founded in 2015 our staff members are actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of like-minded people who love being healthy, strong, and more in touch with their bodies.
Exciting, electrifying and engaging fun-that's what our classes are known for. They are so much more than high octane music or choreographed movements. It's where you build camaraderie and new friendships with people who have similar goals, passions and enthusiasm. We highly recommedn minimum 2 sessions per week for best results.

What really got me was the one on one onboarding so that Erin could really understand where I was physically. This was especially important to me, returning to fitness as a new Mum.
Resistance Training is a fantastic and very effective tool for fat burning and muscle tone. However, it is a common concern that weight training could make you look like a bodybuilder. Reality Check: Body builders have strict training regimes of up to 3 sessions a day for months at a time. They have rigid and very bland diets which dictate their daily lives.

The amazing team at UV has changed my life. They have a great studio in Gordon and they accommodation any level of fitness. I originally joined to lose weight and what changed was my mindset and my love for exercise escalated from there. The mum squad training sessions are tailored to suit everyone and having the creche located in the same area is such an amazing feature.

UV is not your average gym. I have been attending the Mum Squad sessions for over 3 years now and I still love going! Erin will easily tailor any movements to accommodate pregnancy, post natal, injury or any fears you may have. UV provides a safe environment where you can work on your own fitness/strength level, without feeling intimidated. There is also a beautiful creche, with wonderful carers, if you have any little ones tagging along. I'm very thankful I stumbled across UV, not only for the fantastic sessions, but the incredible people I have met and train with. Highly, highly recommended.

After trying, and giving up many gym memberships, being a member of UV is first time I don't feel inadequate or a failure at the gym because I can't lift as heavy or move as fast as everyone else. At UV you are supported to work at your level and to reach your goals. I recently injured my foot whilst walking and was using a knee scooter to get… around and I was worried I couldn't attend my sessions. and Lois Evans modified my sessions so I could still do strength training sat on a box or bench and during my recovery worked with me to build up my strength and get me back on my feet quicker

It’s a place where I started bringing my baby from 7 weeks old & loved that I can train & see her at all times. And always guarantee that someone will pick up my bubs if she needs a cuddle (or 50 cuddles) during my workout.
It’s also a community where you can post online for a favour - babysitting / need a car ride to the gym / looking for advice & someone will be willing to help.

The most amazing small group training. Supportive, knowledgeable, encouraging and caring team with expertise in perinatal exercise and helping facilitate families to prioritise their health and fitness. Being able to bring my baby to the gym and workout with other wonderful mums has changed my outlook and helped connect me with a new support network. Can’t thank UV enough!!

Dan and Erin have created a safe, supportive and family-friendly gym experience that focuses on holistic physical and mental health. I’ve tried all sorts of gym’s/fitness and eating plans in the past and I can say that UV’s approach, backed by an awesome community of gym-goers, is truly different and life-changing!

I love training with UV! The trainers are so supportive and will personalise sessions based on strengths / injuries / pregnancy etc. But it’s more than just a gym, you really feel like part of a community. Erin and Dan are amazing and you are treated like a real person, not just a number like you get with the bigger gyms. 100% recommend UV!! 🙌🏻

I have joined UV for over a year now. It's the only gym I've never thought of quitting. I trained at UV before, during and after pregnant. I felt 100% safe training at UV. It's not just a gym with great coaches. It offers so much more than that: - the coaches genuinely care your health, and guide you to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. e.g.… they organised women's health seminar, nutrition seminar etc. - the coaches adjust the exercise for special needs, e.g. injury, pregnancy, etc. so you feel completely safe training at UV - it's a tribe where people share their wins and challenges

Erin, Dan and Nathan are all amazing! Erin especially helped me get back into exercise after the birth of my daughter. She is very knowledgeable and provides a safe and nurturing environment.

Started training with Erin, after I had spinal surgery. Erin was brilliant, we worked together and slowly over time we have built up my core strength. Erin,researched exercises that I could do and I have never looked back . Recently had a appointment with my surgeon and he could not believe my core strength.
I had to have a break for awhile due to knee replacement,again Erin worked out a program that slowly built up my leg strength.
Each week we work out and I love the fact that I am being extended each time and feeling fantastic.
