I was interested in getting more serious about my health and fitness and Richard has definitely enlightened me about many things about nutrition and training. Five weeks in and am seeing results greater than after having trained a year with other trainers. Am feeling stronger and more energetic. I can not recommend Taylored training more highly. After having my daughter I was struggling to find the time and motivation to return to an exercise program. I discovered Taylored Training and what a great find it was. The environment is relaxed but supportive to achieve your goals. I find strength and resistance training difficult to inititate myself. Richard is extremely knowledge and helped me to become comfortable using weights and I found myself feeling stronger and more confident. Richard is calm and has a lot of knowledge about nutrition plans which he will work with you on to achieve your

Awesome trainer! Listens, absorbs and gives focused manageable goals. Sessions in the gym felt gentle...until the next day, when I knew I had worked my body. I had more movement and freedom which is exactly what I asked Richard to help me with. Thanks Richard!
