A military inspired, outdoor group personal training program that utilises discipline based motivational techniques.

Our sessions have been designed to achieve results no matter your current fitness level. I joined Ben's boot-camp platoon about 18 months ago as a very unfit and overweight person. There is nothing better than training in the great outdoors with a motivating group to push you along. Since starting boot camp 5 years ago my fitness has improved immensely and I am now running marathons thanks to the support & training this program has given me.

With a professional sporting background, Ben has more than 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. Ben is also a qualified Personal Trainer with a Diploma of Personal Training and Sports Therapy as as well as a Diploma of Sports Psychology and cricket coaching qualifications.

Ben spends most of his time either training clients, thinking about bootcamp, cricket coaching as Head Coach at Gordon Cricket Club and takes a keen interest in sports in general.More than 8 years experience in project management and operations in the fitness and fitness education industry. Karina is also qualified with a Bachelor of Social Inquiry and a Certificate IV in Fitness.
Being close to the North Sydney CBD, as well as a short journey from the Sydney CBD, our Bootcamp North Sydney is a great opportunity for our city's professionals to get the job done and still fit in one of the best workouts around. I’ve been going to Enlist Now Bootcamps for over 10 years now and couldn’t think of doing anything else to keep fit! The sessions are always interesting and different but also challenging no matter your fitness level.
I started off 10 years ago barely able to run a kilometre without walking - and now 10 years later (even after having a kid during that time!) I’m easily ten times fitter than I was back then. Ben and Karina are super supportive and the group environment is always friendly and encouraging!

Highly recommend! Excellent value for money training - Ben and Karina truly go above and beyond. They've created an environment that equally pushes and supports you. And sunrise, harbour view workouts never get old. Fantastic group of people, one of the best things I've done in my 15 years in Sydney.

Have been doing EnlistNow bootcamp for over six years now. What keeps me coming back is the variety of the sessions - running, high intensity cardio, strength training; the instructors are engaging and personable (sometimes not Ben :)) and such a great group of people. Can highly recommend if you looking to keep / get fit and have some fun.

Updated Dec 2020: I joined Ben and Karina's EnlistNow Bootcamp sessions 5 years ago as a very unfit and overweight person... both Ben and Karina have been totally supportive and nondiscriminatory as I embarked on my journey from couch potato to being able to run marathons. They have assisted me in achieving my personal fitness goals and in discovering the benefits and pleasure of running. I have found the camaraderie of EnlistNow Bootcamp to be fantastic, which is important, especially when the winter mornings are dark and cold, but you don't want to let your team-mates and fellow Bootcampers down

I was encouraged by a work colleague to join him at EnlistNow Bootcamps and just give it a "try", 18 months later I'm hooked!
The environment that Ben and Karina have created is fantastic and very contagious. This enthusiasm flows on to the rest of the group to help them feel motivated and challenged.
The additional gruelling and fun challenges provided encourages additional motivation and friendly competition amongst the whole group.
I would highly recommend joining the EnlistNow Bootcamp.

EnlistNow Bootcamps are great. Ben and Karina build in a fantastic variety of activities and you always end up being pushed. With the sessions being outdoors they take advantage of the surrounds whether that is overlooking the Harbour for strength sessions, hitting local parks for team sessions or running local streets. For me it is a cracking combination of two people who genuinely care about people's progress and outcomes, and the loyal community of lovely people they've built around them egging each other on. Ben and Karina also think bigger than what the training sessions will be each week

I joined Enlistnow bootcamps 3 months ago and have been really enjoying it. The workout are fun, challenging and the group kept you accountable. Ben and Karina are professional, caring and inspring. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough of the training provided by Ben & Karina! They constantly motivate and inspire us to undertake activities (such as marathons and half marathons), we would never have thought possible, as well as setting many more challenges along the way! They have built a great group - socialising with friends whilst training hard!

I have just started my 6th year of attending Ben and Karina’s Bootcamp . It is a very well run Bootcamp where during the session I can forget about anything else that may be going on and fully focus on the challenges set by Ben or Karina. They are very knowledgeable instructors and can seem to push you to your limits and help you achieve great things . The friendly group is also another reason why I hope to keep going .

Been doing bootcamp for a few years, it's a great way to be outdoors, be around great people and be fitter and stronger than any gym membership could give me. Ben and Karina are amazing and go out of their way to set you up for success, keep you on track and always give up their time to put on extra challenges to push me forward! It's their genuine care for each of us that makes me want to get up and get to the sessions each day! It was the biggest thing I missed when recently living overseas and has helped me drop 20kg since back, stronger and fitter than ever! Love it
