Here at Jacobs Well Medical Practice we have a range of services to assist you and your families health. With fully qualified male and female GPs we are dedicated to providing the best medical attention where possible and we are always ready to assist with any enquiries you may have. Our Clinic provides comprehensive and fully accredited general practice care for all age groups.

Emails will not be monitored outside of business hours and may take up to 24 hours to respond. Please call our practice on 07 3422 1977 for any urgent enquiries. If you require a doctor after hours, please call the National Home Doctor Service on 13 74 25. Our Clinic provides comprehensive and fully accredited general practice care for all age groups.

If i could put 0 stars i would. Missed diagnosed my fathers terminal cancer diagnosis. Reception is worried about themselves and COVID. Would not recommend.

Went to this medical centre last week- I was unwell and they were so nice.
The doctors were professional and the receptionists and nurse were so helpful.

Visited this clinic while traveling and couldn’t fault it. The care from all members of the staff was fantastic. Hard enough to be very ill and traveling alone but def good to find a clinic who can help and treat you so lovely. Thank you to the entire team

I am getting over a bout with sepsis and the trauma that goes with that. I have since developed a bad infection in my foot following skin cancer surgery. Dr Weerasekara has put me on antibiotics but told me that if I have any concerns to just drop into the surgery without an appointment at anytime and she would see me to ease my concerns. My infection is getting worse so I called in today and a rude receptionist refused to let Dr Weerasekera see me, going against the doctor's advice to me. The receptionist then proceeded to give me medical advice about my antibiotic treatment!

My mother was visiting jacobs well and she became very unwell. I phoned the practice and they fitted her in straightaway. I was so impressed with the kindness shown to her, from reception to doctor to nurse.

The rudess medical receptionist I have ever encountered. Sad, as we really loved Jacobs Well and all other businesses were the friendliest we have come across on our travels. Will not return to this medical centre.

Receptionist was extremely unaccommodating on 2 occasions. I'd rather drive to Robina for better service and doctors who listen. There must be better practices around to try first, especially for families.

I have been to a lot of different doctors in my time and non come close to the genuine care and the love of their jobs and their patients as the staff that work here. All from the lovely greeting and helpful ladies on the phone to coming in, waiting to see your doctor feeling welcome to seeing your well educated doctor.
