Best medical practice I've been to! Dr Rey and Dr Cameron are absolute legends! Highly intelligent (check out their medical bios on the practice website) and very caring. They are so humble given their extensive experience and academic qualifications and show genuine concern and interest. You are never made to feel silly about any question, nor do they rush you. I met a couple of other doctors there and they were also lovely and caring. One of them even called to see how my baby was going after I came there to get his eye checked a while back. The receptionist this morning was absolutely horrible . I understand that you and every other practice are over run with inquiries regarding the covid vaccine but this does not warrant the need for you to be rude and tell clients you don't have time for them this morning. remember we are all just trying to do the right thing.

The Doctors here are great.
But the reception staff are some of the most miserable people I have ever met.

I see Dr Cameron and he’s easy to talk to always caring and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable wouldn’t go anywhere else

Dr. Reynard is an amazing doctor if you’re in pain or sick he genuinely cares about your health and only wants what is best!

I have called this practice twice now in an attempt to see a doctor. I have no idea what the doctors are like there because I wasn't able to get past the same rude, unhelpful (to the point of obnoxious) receptionist who answered the phone on both occasions. Willing to offer no information or assistance at all. Shame, because I was told the doctors here are excellent, but sadly let down by the poor standard of receptionist. I certainly won't be recommending this surgery, not that I had the chance to even see a doctor. Zero stars from me.

First doctor that has taken my father's heart condition seriously. Nurses have an advanced scope of practice and are very caring. Dr Ray is wonderful- highly recommend this place!

The Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists are all so friendly, welcoming and caring. They always help me out with fit in appointments, listen to all my queries and do their best to improve my family's health. Definitely recommend to my loved ones 😊 special mention to Dr Thackeray though, we especially book in with her as much as we can as she is so amazing with children 💖

New to the practice and I couldn't fault this place. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Dr Rey is the best GP I have had. Really informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place for men's health and kids.

Dr Katrina Thackeray is the most caring and friendly doctor I have had the privilege of knowing. She has literally changed my life with her help on my weight lose journey and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Rebecca Yang did not listen to a very specific & simple request. 110% would not recommend. I phoned up chasing what I’d initially requested only to be told that I’d need to make an additional appointment- clearly chasing billable hours. Beyond a joke that something so simple can’t be done correctly.
Other Drs at the practice have always been great.
Now because of an apparent “misunderstanding” of said specific request my son will be delayed in receiving the care he needs.
Not impressed at all.

Excellent experience for my first time visiting. Reception staff were very friendly. Didn't wait very long. Doctor Jones was very helpful and good with the kids. She took the time to listen and explained her prognosis well. I felt comfortable with the diagnosis. She said if symptoms get worse to come back and she notified another doctor of the issue in case she was not available. Really good service! Thank you!

I have 3 years old son and it was always difficult to take him to any medical practice. All doctors in this clinic are very kids friendly that you can't imagine. They are highly experienced and supremely talented. Most importantly they listen to the worried parents quite well. I highly recommend this medical practice for all age groups especially for kids.

Over the last nearly 3 years Rey has been such a god send to myself. He and the staff of professionals there have been totally awesome

I visited this medical practice and was extremely happy with my service. I felt that Dr. Ng and his staff were very professional but also friendly in their advice. I was happy with the services I received there and would definitely recommend them for anyone. They dealt with a range of customers and treated everyone equally which I was really surprised with. Some of their clients I would not have had the patience to deal with but they handled professionally and politely without a problem. Great team! Thanks very much again.
