Charne is the lead Practice Nurse at our clinic. She has a background prior to working in primary care in nursing homes. Charne enjoys chronic disease management and organising her team of nurses around patients and practice needs. Nathan provides Home Visit consults to patients with Chronic Conditions to support our GPs in enhancing the care provided to patients.
We offer comprehensive care, planning, and management of all chronic health conditions. Our practice, GPs, and Nurses have significant expertise and attention in working with patient's experience and chronic disease. Management Plans, Team Care Arrangements and Reviews can be done by all our GPs.

If you have any of the following conditions you need to establish a good routine and relationship with one of our GPs to ensure quality ongoing management of your condition.Cancers, immune disorders, and other respiratory conditions are also supported by our practice.
Our practice does not prescribe S8 drugs or drugs of dependence on the first consultation. Our practice understands that some patients have chronic pain. And this needs to be treated fairly and appropriately. We have systems and processes to identify patients who abuse the trust of GPs in procuring S8 Drugs and other drugs of dependence.

Great doctors but it seems to be so hard to get an appointment these days as it's more about the doctors and not the patients.... maybe it's time to find a doctor who has time for they're patients

Reception staff can make you fill like a crook
Was a yucky feeling. No compassion or understanding. Threatened me in front of people in waiting bay if I didnt have a medicare card that chase me a bill..
After giving the receptionist my centrelink number, which is link to my medicare.
Way more then 4 people in a tiny waiting area.

I have finally found a doctor I have trust in but before I started seeing them, I did not appreciate being told I'm overweight by who I was seeing previously when they had no knowledge of my height, weight or even my body type, just went by guessing

The doctors and nursing staff are fantastic with little kids. We have had amazing care that saw our newborn diagnosed with dehydration a week after birth that lead to on-the-stop care to hydrate and urgent referral to the hospital. We are forever grateful! From wonderful child friendly ways of assessment, treatment, vaccines, travel letters, we have always been treated with dignity and excellent care as a family.
