A must brighter and welcoming dry cleaning store with very friendly staff serving here. I'm pretty satisfied with the service I get here. They are always accommodating and really take in what you required done. I sometimes bring my work shirts to be washed, ironed and folded and never disappointed. Price-wise it's in line with most dry cleaning services I've used in different locations throughout this city. To me, it's an individual choice but this is my preferred dry cleaner. It's inside Kings Cross shopping centre near Coles supermarket. Parking is underground this complex. You want friendly

Despite all the bad reviews online, I thought 'how can you screw up ironing shirts?' Turns out, you can - collars and cuffs weren't ironed. Further, when I informed the cashier that having an eftpos minimum is now illegal (especially a $50 minimum) she responded by telling me she had to charge me an eftpos fee to compensate. When I pushed back on this, she then reverted to pretending that she was unable to understand me. Terrible.

Changed the receipt dollars because they thought they miscounted items. Turns out they had lost one of my shirts ($200 worth) and given me someone elses pants. Lucky i questioned the changed cost and insisted the pants were not mine and I remembered the colour of my shirt. Fixed in the end, but scary to think their systems are so fraught with danger. Will not be coming back
