All garments received are tracked with the latest computer systems, which have been uniquely designed for Centennial Dry Cleaners. Nothing enters or leaves our stores unless the computer generated number on your garment matches your docket. Upon receipt of your garments, they are ticketed, recorded in our computer system and tagged.
Dry Cleaning is a process that rejuvenates your clothes and household items like no other. Fabrics such as silk and linen should only be dry cleaned. This ensures that the garments retain their look and feel and also extends their life. Even more basic fabrics such as cotton will retain colour better and enjoy a longer life if dry-cleaned rather than being washed.

I found them on google after searching everything for luxury handbag cleans in Sydney. Went there to clean my Chloe Faye bag (grey with half suede and leather) because it got really dirty from my trip.
They had for some weeks, not too sure where they sent the bag but when I picked the bag up, the dust bag I gave them was not returned, only was the bag returned so I panicked and said where is the dust bag? They couldn't find it in the store so they had to contact the other place to see if they still have it.
In the end they found it, but I had to make two trips there and I live really far away

I used them twice
First time they charged me $100 to clean my Chanel cosmetic bag and when I received it it wasn’t even clean on the inside. I didn’t think they even touched it. They gave me only a 50% refund.
Second time I took my maje jacket and they had it for weeks and then contact me and say there a bleach marks around the stains. I never gave that to them like that. So I found out they send it to another company to clean it and they just ruined it. I reported them to fair trading and the dry cleaners association.
I will never use that company again. 2 chances and there out.

They are a complete joke. They charged you twice for dry cleaning (than other dry cleaners) and then remove no stains and give you half you money back. I had a dress that was white with stains on it and they were too lazy to fix it. They told me to use bleach mixed with a certain amount of water and it would come off. I did that and it worked but it was pathetic that I paid them and wasted my time taking the dress there and collecting it, only to clean it myself. I only went there cause they advertised that they provide a silk finish to clothes that you pay extra for and decided to dry clean other

I gave them my authentic Chanel cosmetic bag to have make up stains removed from inside of bag and outside and when I opened up when I got home from the dry cleaners , the inside still had stains in it and the stains outside where not even looked at. So I tried napiscan the inside and outside and the stains came off first go. I paid $100 for this dry cleaning to do the job and they didn't even do the job. No not ever again

I got my Wedding dress dry cleaned from here and it came back exactly how I dropped it off. It honestly did not look like they had even attempted to dry clean the dress. They then proceeded to still charge me $800 as they stated this is the best the dress will come out and the solution they gave me was to get the bottom of the dress taken up so that you can not see the dirt at the bottom.
I then took it to another dry cleaner and paid $300 and it came out spotless. I would definitely NOT recommend using this dry cleaner ever!!
