Based in Western Suburbs of Melbourne, Sunshine, Victoria, I teach the true Pilates Method. We teach it the way it was intended, honoring Joseph Pilates' philosophy and techniques. My Pilates classes are personalised to suit your body and we focus on perfecting technique in every class. My studio space is light and airy and designed to offer small group Pilates classes, duets and privates in a comfortable and safe environment.

Feeling apprehensive or a little intimidated about trying Pilates? Many people feel that way initially, but don't let it stop you from coming! No matter your fitness background Joseph Pilates designed his exercises to be modified to the ability of the student. Whether you are in a private session or a small group class, you will be guided through the classical Pilates exercises with meticulous attention to form and precision.
We use the full range of GRATZ equipment which has been made in America. Due to Pilates popularity over the years, there have been many hybrid and inferior copies of the apparatus manufactured, especially the reformer. GRATZ Industries are the original manufactures of Joseph Pilates' apparatus which he designed in the early 20th century.

Cathryn's Classical Pilates classes brought back the energy I needed in my routine without the pain left in the body. The exercises are challenging and fun, and Cathryn's technique helped my body become more aligned and strong.
