I've been attending classes since February and absolutely love it. I look forward to the lessons each week. The staff are very hospitable, the place is very warming and the sense I have at the end of each lesson is that of total satisfaction and relaxation. The classes are definitely a chance to switch off from the world. Definitely recommend it!

I enjoyed the whole experience; from the moment I walked through the door I felt relaxed and happy to be there. Greeted at reception with a friendly smile. The class was quite small so we received individual attention when necessary. The instructor was lovely, and added her own uniqueness to the class. Definitely worth trying this studio.

This place is simply wonderful, it has beautiful energy just like the people running it. I felt comfortable and at home my first time here. The center offers so many types of classes. I will definitely be coming regularly. If you are looking for a place to chill out, switch off, this is the place to go. You get a workout to boot!

Every now and again you come across something special. This centre has it all. A great manager interesting and creative class leaders, small and personal classes and a great feel in a beautiful heritage building. If you want to get away from the large and impersonal gym-like venues, give this centre a try. You will be pleasantly surprised at how nice it is and how much you will have enjoyed the experience.
