Unprofessional people. They deducted 5 dollars extra for my rent, when I went to advise that is the case an old Greek guy started screaming at me thinking I paid 5 dollars less. Lady at the reception explain what has happened and without apologising he went in to one of the office rooms. Never buy or rent from these people as they have no respect for people.

I would personally like to request you all, please if you want a property rented without any problems, you have reached the right property agents. We have rented a property from here, never had any issues. All of our requests were responded and looked after in a very professional manner.
Moreover, if there was any work required it was done the next hour or with in a decent time line. Denny, you are the man, mate!. I must say, Denny was always there in all thick and thin, he has been very helpful and supportive through out our stay. We did not have any problem from filling the application

I rented off this mob many many years ago they were very good and very friendly to everyone who stepped inside the doors and extremely helpful I walked in and even the girls behind the counter remembered who I was and even the agents I spoke to remember the properties I rented off them and was wanting to try and help find a suitable place to live for myself and friends with our hard pressed requirements love you guys keep up the outstanding service and hope one day I will be able to rent or buy off you again when next looking

We finally got our bond back, Negative experience with the property owner as we had end our lease with a better house condition but owner claim we broke the cooking stove and expect the house polish clean. To cut matter short, Mr Chris Zervas is always there for us even though he has been full on busy with other task. Me and partner will always liase with Chris directly instead of calling their main office for better follow up on our rental issue. Nevertheless, fully recommended leasing agent!

It was really easy to rent a property with them. We sent an application and they informed us in 3-4 days that we got the house. Also Chris is really customer service orientated and approachable so talking to him regarding the house and asking questions no matter how dumb they were wasn't like something to be ashamed of.
Also when completing all the various procedures for the house, they made it seem really easy. Renting a house could never be made simpler I swear.
