Balance is such a simple idea, and for much of the time we hold the balance well, juggling all that is required of us in the ever-increasing pace of our lives. Health is not static. It does not simply stand still. It is an active, dynamic interplay between ourselves, all aspects of both our personal and professional relationships, and the environment we live in.

Occasionally help may be required to get the balance back, or to shift the balance when making positive changes. Acupuncture is an ancient system of healing, that uses a holistic approach by addressing the underlying cause of your condition, as well as the symptoms. This approach links body, mind and emotions.
