Foundation Psychology is a small private practice providing services for adults, teens and children. Are you unsure whether you need counselling? Or want to know what treatment might involve, how long it might take, or simply want to meet us before you make your first appointment? Call and speak with our reception staff.
A psychologist will then call you back to discuss the options. Some days you might feel really low and like you need to speak to someone as soon as possible. Then the next day you feel OK and the thought of ringing a psychologist goes away. But the issues that made you feel low are still there and you might feel worse again in a few days time.

I was due to see Andrea. She called me prior to our initial appointment and we had chat about my specific requirements. She then kindly referred me to a psychologist who specializes in my specific concerns - she said she did not want to just through the motions with me for the sake of it but wanted to get me the help O really needed. I found her so honest and easy to talk to and truly appreciate the effort to get me the help that would benefit me the most.
