Glenn is a life saver! I sent an email off late on Saturday, 21 December as my oven wasn't heating properly. 4 days before Christmas i'm thinking "how am I going to cook a turkey, pork, potato bake & Christmas Cake". Within a couple of hours I got an email reply. I was beyond excited!!! I took photos of the oven and got an email back Sunday morning, outlining costs etc.

Glenn came twice to our place. Once for our oven (replaced the thermostat, after the previous tradesman took off with my $300 deposit for a spare!)) and once for our dishwasher. His service was always extremely professional and for a very reasonable price. He even helped me to source stickers to replace the faded signs on the oven. And he is very friendly too.

Glen has been out twice to repair appliances at our unit. We were completely happy with his service on both occasions. He was polite, turned up on time and completed our repair works quickly. We found his prices very reasonable, and he was very honest and upfront with his quotes on the cost of the repairs. We'll be very happy to call on Glen again in the future, and highly recommend him!
