Brett is fantastic and more than helpful. Purchased a super cool 20” BMX with a few customs and the result is a super happy 10 year old. Bike is awesome and the service and advice Brett provided was awesome.. reading through some of the one star “special people” comments don’t let these influence in passing this great little business.. will be back for sure !

Very clear that growing their business is not something they are interested in. Have tried on several occasions over the last couple of months to book in a service on a bike, if the bike isn't purchased from them, they are not interested in dealing with you. Customer service isn't something you will find at this store.

I was reasonably happy with my purchase from the store. I travelled a bit to pick the bike up. I was told to bring the bike back for a service around March (an adjusted date from purchase because they had a high service demand at the time). We had lockdowns before and after that period which impacted my ability to travel back to the store to get the service, but given the circumstances, I considered getting my bike serviced as a lower priority that I could deal with when things were a little less crazy. I know I dragged my heels a little bit so I understand the decision, but now I am told my bike
