Our son was looking for a bike, we live in Sydney. A relative recommended that we give Charly a call in Albury as he could advise a style of bike and possibly arrange a good deal locally. In the middle of Covid Lockdown and not being able to visit a shop, we called him.
His response was excellent! Not only guided us on the right bike, but did a good price, and said he would arrange delivery to our door!

Workshop doesn't have tools to remove parts of bikes they sell to customers. then get your wheel chucked at you and assaulted by staff member. I asked why they don't have the tool required when they sell the bikes. They need the tool to servive rear sprocket when u get your bike serviced. They just lost over 3 to 400 hundred dollars. And the old guy who threw the wheel at my legs will be getting charged with assault with a weapon been the wheel. Do not shop here. I threaten to call consumer affairs. Call the police if you like I'm more then willing to see you get charged for assault as you Vientiane

Our first purchase was for our 7yo's first ever bmx. Salesperson (Alex) had so much knowledge in the BMX department that we know we were in the right hands.
