Super busy store!!! I guess it’s not viable to have 20 staff on the floor. But once you get served, the team work together to get you exactly what you want and need. I couldn't be happier! My husband and I recently visited with our son to choose a new bike for Christmas. We received the BEST service from Manish, he was so helpful and professional with excellent product knowledge. Felt very fortunate to be able to speak with staff over the phone and simply go and pick up/pay for the bits and pieces I was after with their current outdoors only service. Really nice, enthusiastic and helpful people. Got what I needed and really enjoyed the experience.

Great customer service and professionalism. My son purchased a new bike recently and the team made the set-up and transaction as smooth as possible. My old bike was also serviced with a fast turn around in 2 days even though there was a wait time of a week so thankyou Michael for going above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended .

Very professional service - a huge thank you to the team at Ivanhoe Cycles, Heidelberg who fixed the ongoing issues with my bike that their other store (Giant Hampton) continually failed to do in spectacularly unprofessional fashion; my experience between the two stores was night and day. In particular, I'd like to thank Michael for his super keen eye and going above and beyond in his efforts to ensure my bike was fixed properly.
I'd also like to thank Naomi for being so communicative and Mitchell for his involvement too.

Came to the store today with the intention of buying a GT bicycle. Before even getting there, the deal was done in my head and I was ready to part with my cash.
Had the "pleasure" NOT! of being served by one of the younger guys. Going by their web site staff page, I believe it was Keelan. What an obnoxious pompous poor excuse for a human being. I am new to riding cycles after many many years. He was so rude, condescending and very disrespectful.
While I was there, another customer also was unhappy with the tone of voice and the language used. To quote what this customer said to
