I absolutely love my earth prime step thru electric bike ! its been a game changer for my daily commute and leisure rides. the sleek design and powerful mid drive electric motor make it a joy to ride. the battery life is impressive, giving me the freedom to explore without worrying about running out of power and with out the motor the assist its still easy to pedal. Overall, its a fantastic investment for both convenience and sustainability. Happy RC

Do not buy online from this web site. The payment method is by bank transfer. Once you transfer the money you never hear from them again. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and transferred my money and have not heard back. I have sent numerous emails and had no response, I have put comments on the facebook page and have had no response. They have my money and have not even contacted me once. There is no phone number on the web site to contact them, and the only number I could track down is disconnected. I would give 0 stars if I could as I have had 0 contact from the company.
