Here at NCL we are made up of a small dedicated team combining over 40 years of property management experience along with a vast up to date knowledge of the Gold Coast, Brisbane & Ipswich rental markets.

If you wish to apply for one of our properties currently listed for rent, please contact our office or simply download a copy of our Tenancy Application Form.
In accordance with the RTA, please refer to the below list in order to determine what is classed as an emergency repair:. If you require Emergency Repairs, please contact Lawrence Cercone urgently on 0449 665 661. If your emergency has occurred after business hours, please leave a detailed message which we will respond to as soon as possible.
If you have accidentally locked yourself out of your property, during business hours you can always contact our office to collect a set of keys to get you back inside. Should this occur outside of our business hours, you will be responsible to arrange for a locksmith to attend. If you have lost or damaged your set of keys and or remotes, you are responsible to have them replaced by a locksmith.
We will always ensure to give you a minimum of 8 days' written notice of our intention to carry out a routine inspection, and generally will give a 2-hour time frame for our visit on the date of inspection.
In the mail & via email, you will receive a Form 9 Entry Notice detailing the date and time of our upcoming inspection, along with a Routine Inspection Checklist, which allows you to highlight any areas of concern or any maintenance items in the premises which require attention.We ask that you kindly complete and leave this checklist on your kitchen bench for collection if you will not be home during the time of inspection.

Very pleased with NCL property managers.
We had the poor experience with previous rental managers so begun searching for new agency. NCL were very professional & the communication is excellent so we transferred to their agency.
They took care of everything for us very quickly.

In a disgustingly unprofessional manner, NCL Property Management approved my partner and myself for a property, took our deposit, then gave the property to another applicant within the span of 3 hours.
We were advised that as a previously approved applicant had not taken any action in paying their deposit/bond etc, we would have the property upon paying our deposit. After doing this, organising removalists, energy and so on, a couple of hours later we were told that the property had been given to the original applicants.
Handled terribly, I would definitely do some research and make sure this

We moved into a property which had not had any cleaning done at all from the previous tenants, it was disgusting. The pool was a swamp (litterally. Green thick water with a layer of mosquito larvae). There were several maintenance issues which were regularly reported and nothing was done about them. We were left with the only option of forking… money out to repair things which ncl was supposed to arrange. When we moved out we left the house in an infinitely cleaner and better condition house than we had been given it but they are still trying to hit us up for hundreds of dollars to do extra
