Your body corporate will be run by the BCMax software which is used by a majority of Body Corporate Managers in Queensland. Ledger Cards - full and detailed history on their personal body corporate levies and payments. In every body corporate, Communication is the key and by owners having access to this website, they can be kept up to date 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at their leisure.
Provide advice to bodies corporate that have been self-managed and are seeking to ensure that their scheme is compliant with the Body Corporate and Community Management Act. Assist bodies corporate with best practice measures for efficient management of their scheme. Provide suggestions to bodies corporate for third-party consultants to assist with building defects, legal matters, compliance and dispute and conflict resolution.
Consultation with all stakeholders from initial planning to delivery of the registered scheme is key to the success of a body corporate from registration of the plan. Review all plans to ensure that initial budgets are realistic and meet market expectations. Advise on by-laws for the scheme that include best practice by-laws relevant to the development.
Alicia also holds a BA(Hons) and has a passion for Strata with over 20 years of customer service knowledge, she strives to create a positive experience when connecting with clients. With over 15 years administration experience, Alicia has previously operated in Management Rights, Property Management and Resort and Hotel Management.

From an owners perspective I am very happy. The fee structure is typical of this type of complex with a swimming pool and people who constantly knock security gates about requiring service calls. I get monthly updates on all financials and instant response to any queries.
