In 2015 I purchased an investment property a Duplex in Nevenia St Labrador on the Gold Coast.
As I live in Sydney I was not able to manage it myself and Super Property was recommended to me by my buyers agent.
This was my first investment property in Australia and I was understandably anxious about any problems that could arise.
I have nothing but praise for the diligent staff at Super property they have found excellent tenants for me and handled any maintenance issues that have arisen over the past few years.
I have no hesitation on recommending them to anyone seeking professional property

Absolutely great service.Excellent rates.I have been with Super Property Agency for a few years and never looked back.They communicate with landlord and tenant extremely well.

My partner and I had a terrible experience with Super Property Agency at Nerang. The manager, David Keys, can be extremely condescending, misogynistic and down right RUDE for no reason. He spoke down to my partner and swore at her over the phone on multiple occasions, did not pass our bond clean for insignificant details to which we inspected - left as they were and he passed the inspection the next day - which just proves his pettiness.
We checked our unit after the bond clean had been completed, David checked the next day unaware that we'd been there the night before and brought up several details

Worst property management experience of my life. David Keys is an unprofessional, rude, childish, masogonistic pig who will stop at nothing to get his own way. He has absolutely no knowledge of the correct legislation and constantly lied to try and trick us into thinking he had control of our property and our lives.
It is known truth that he has stolen rent from people and been taken to the tribunal numerous times for misconduct. This man is a disgrace to the real estate industry and should have his licence taken away from him. He used to be a financial planner for AMP... need I say more. Absolute

Been with Super Property Agency for 4 years now and couldnt be happier.
They manange 2 of our properties and we've never had better service. We've only once had a "bad" tenant and Super Property Agency's team handled the matter professionally and efficiently. We then got all our money back and a new long-term tenant - excellent service!!

All the team at Super Property Rentals are amazing. They are respectfull of our tennants and are always keeping us (landlords) in the picture and up to date with our properties, rental statments, inspections, repairs and added property maintenance features not offered elsewhere. We have had several property managers over a period of time and we have stayed with the Super Property Team team because they are awesome. We have and will continue to recommend them

Im a tenant of a property that is managed by them. before i moved in i noticed a few bad reviews which worried me. however being in marketing i have learnt that people only tend to complain when there is a opinion of a bad experience and its normally exaggerated. I have now been in the property for 3 months and i can accurately say:
Communication is prompt.
Action is taken quickly if needed.
Everything is documented electronically for good record keeping.
David and his partner are friendly and are happy to talk.
Inspections are thorough but I dont have an issue with that.
