Great and supportive team! As tenants of one of their properties we always felt like our needs were a priority to the company. They are quick to respond to and fix any issues we had in the past. Made our house feel like a home for 5 years. Kylie and Sonia were always friendly and professional in all communication and always made us feel welcome and as though our needs and opinions were important. Would have loved to keep renting through this company as we always felt like we were very well looked after!!

It was so good to finally have property managers who looked after my interests and not just the tenants'. I found Sonia and Kylie were always level headed, ethical and professional managers who kept up great communication with us about our property. They helped and supported us all the way right through till we decided to sell. I would not hesitate to recommend their business or employ them again as managers

Sonia is most definitely the BEST Property Manager I have ever come across. She is not only very efficient with responses and getting maintenance done to our property but she is approachable, and has a very bubbly personality. I wish all Property Managers were as nice as she is.

The staff of Empire Property Management and Sales went out of their way to help us sell our property. They also managed the rental of this property on our behalf. I cant recommend Kylie and Sonja highly enough! After renting through these lovely ladies for the last two years, I will genuinely miss having them as our Property Managers. They were not only professional and did a wonderful job, but were personable, kind and understanding. Their communication was always on point and when seeing them face to face, they were both happy, smiling and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Being a tenant can sometimes be a little intimidating but they both always treated my family with respect and kindness.
