They offered to store our bikes securely, which they did using a common lock only controlled by their staff.
Then my son's brand new $3,000 mountain bike went missing and the lock for all the bikes was in place, undamaged.... yet they claim it was "stolen", evidently by the worlds most conscientious theif who dultifully locked up the remaining bikes to keep them safe!
Seemed simple, one of the staff gave the bike to another guest in the prior 24h.... easy, open and shut.... yet we had zero cooperation solving this case. This all happened after the previous day when the staff member who unlocked

I booked for 4 nights and upon check-in they "couldn't find" my booking and I had to reverse the transaction and pay upfront with cash, after they misspelt my name three times on the contract they had me sign. They then kicked me out after three nights and held my belongings hostage. After threatening with the police they had a concierge give me 10 mins to collect all my things and leave, causing damage to my sensitive electronics. I had been recovering from a concussion and damaged lower back during this time and am now permanently injured as a result of repeated re-injury after this hurried expulsion

Only the first day here but have already experienced fantastic services!

My second day was even better. Booked a conference room to work on a project that was free & the staff was so helpful in arranging the room plus even going up with us to open up the room for us.
Best Service , one of the BEST that I ever had from the hotel staff.
Thoroughly recommend this HOTEL!

Such a brilliant stay! We had a problem with our room and the staff were the loveliest people we have ever met. They wrote us a note and gave us chocolates to say sorry and they also brought us hot chocolate and coffees in the morning. The rooms are huge and the views were incredible. The facilities were great especially the pool. Thanks so much to all the stage for the amazing stay!

We've stayed here a number of times and always have an enjoyable stay. This time we had a studio room which was still quite spacious with a balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was huge! We usually enjoy the pool but found this time that it was full, especially since it's school holidays. The hotel is in a great location, close to great restaurants and an easy walk to the river/casino. It would be great if they would get some firmer pillows though. We look forward to returning
