Serviced Apartments Melbourne - Empire is set in the middle of Melbourne, close to Melbourne City Conference Centre and Princess Theatre. Free WiFi is provided. The accommodation comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower. An oven is also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle.
Check in is at 2pm. However if you requested a different time, during working hours of 2pm-8pm, let us know your estimated arrival time a day in advance. If not call 1300 599 650 30mins prior to your arrival and we will check you into your room personally. If requested check in is outside operating hours contact us before your arrival and we will text you the key safe details.
Stayed here over the weekend, the apartment had the most amazing views of Melbourne, extremely clean, spacious and it was furnished beautifully. Would definitely stay here again, very luxurious! We were met by our host Luke and shown to the apartment we were staying in for the next couple of days. Luke explained how everything worked and where we would find the Sky lounge, gym, heated pool and sauna on the top (52nd) floor.

The state the room (124) my family had entered in was ATROCIOUS, it smelled of cigarettes and there was a used earplug and mouse feces under the pillow in one of the bedrooms and an unnamed water bottle in the bathroom… I don’t know if this was due to squatters or the lousy cleaning team. You should do better than this…

DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATMENT: I booked accommodation for the guest of my wedding that were traveling from overseas. I specifically booked this 3 months in advance to avoid any stress leading up to the wedding and also so my guest travelling from abroad would be comfortable. I received an email 3 days before my booking to inform me to call the apartments. I did so and was told they couldn't accommodate my booking after i received a confirmation upon booking 3 months prior. I also had money taken out from my account to lock apartment in. The excuse was pathetic.. something along the lines of

The photos for this place are unbelievably misleading, it looks spacious, light filled and inviting. Upon arriving to our room we were welcomed by a dark room with the stench of mould which hung around no matter how many windows we opened. My partner and I drew the short straw having to sleep in the room where the source of the smell was - water stained carpet from the joint bathroom shower not properly draining (I'm talking a 1m x 1m sizable brown and yellow stain placed perfectly next to the face of the person sleeping on that side of the bed). This place has no respect for guests' privacy whatsoever. my gf was sleeping in the morning, and a group of guys came in claiming they were there to fix the air con. we were never notified about this and nothing in the apartment works. TV can't connect to WIFI, shower has poor flow of water. AIR COB doesn't work during WINTER... the list goes on. Do not stay here, and they refuse to give refund whatsoever. what a disgrace!

I would give this place no stars but unfortunately the minimum star you can give is one! This company is a disgrace! Absolutely disgusted by lie after lie given by management & user management! We had booked months in advance and that emailed us 10.30 the night before to say our accommodation was cancelled! They lied and said the apartment was sold when it wasn’t as we had our lawyer look into it! They never upheld their own polices & procedures nor the terms and conditions which states they are to give us 14 days notice! We were here on a long weekend! My sisters hens was ruined! They didn’t

Good luck getting your bond back, paid a $300 bond, told will take 10 days to refund, didn’t happen, called up and now 30 days to refund, stayed in 2 hotels after and received the bond back for both.
The staff were obviously all fairly knew when we arrived, the girl couldn’t explain the car park, nor showed us how to even find our room from the car park.
Was a great place to stay but terrible on the bond and service,
