Since our inception in 1995 as a wholesale bakery New York Cakes Pty Ltd, our kitchen grew substantially due to the need for great tasting desserts and is now well known throughout the Sydney cafe, restaurant and club scene for its diverse range of wholesale desserts and savouries. Inspired by traditional recipes, Sydney's own Patisserie New York has been baking cakes, desserts and savouries since our inception in 1995. Using natural ingredients and traditional baking methods, the cakes from our family-owned commercial bakery are made with love from us, to you. With our delectable cakes, we aim to bring families and friends together to celebrate those special moments.
Yes we do! All our thinking, testing and baking occurs at our main patisserie kitchen and delivered fresh every morning to our stores. We have an amazing team of skilled pastry chefs, bakers and crew that make it all happen at our kitchen on a daily basis. We require your order to be placed one working day in advance before your desired pick up date.

This used to be my favourite cake shop but unfortunately I will no longer be a customer there. I went in to the Mortdale store and purchased the “outside in pavlova cake” for a family birthday and everyone commented that it tasted stale and not all the fruits were fresh inside. It was embarrassing and frankly a waste of $70. I contacted the team privately via email to give them a chance to address my issues rather than post a public review. I missed a call from them, I called back and I didn’t receive a call back after that. Honestly, Looma’s is much better quality and the service is fantastic

We ordered cakes and macaroons for the first time, as New York Patisserie popped up on my FB page. It was my nieces birthday and I wanted something different on her actual birthday. It was delivered to us due… to Covid. We all absolutely loved it. It was delicious, fresh and we will definitely order again. Thank you for making the lockdown birthday a little more special with these delicious delights…one happy teenager!!

Yesterday, I last minute decided to buy a cake to celebrate my Birthday. I usually take a bit of time to pick cakes but thankfully the lady working was very helpful and patient. She also recommended I try… their Immortal Sin cake. I can safely say it was exactly what I was after! Something sweet but not overpowering and light. I highly recommend New York Patisserie in Revesby for their great customer service and cakes.

I ordered the Oh Mama Mia cake for my birthday. I was extremely satisfied with their services. The cake was just divine and the delivery was done at the correct day and time. The cake is very unique, with the perfect combination of vanilla, chocolate and strawberries. I have never tasted anything like it. Highly recommended!

TERRIBLE experience.
Paid in full for an online order, invoice paid for and approved by NY Patisserie, email received to confirm.
Received an email DAYS LATER, on the day due for delivery stating there was a "glitch" with THEIR system, and they would not be honouring the order.
They stated the reasons as postage hadn't been included in the costs.. I OFFERED to pay additional funds to cover postage, as an act of good will.
They delayed responding to this request for 5 days and then stated my ????FATHERS DAY???? order could not be approved.
This order was placed well before Fathers Day, and

I made a wrong order. They were kind enough to refund it and extend their delivery to Penrith during lockdown. I wanted the cake to be delivered due to lockdown. They extended the delivery to our location. Thanks much. Special thanks to Catherine.

I was looking for a cake shop with great reviews and found this place online.
Ordered the cake for my son’s second month birthday.. honestly this is one of the best cake in Sydney. The amount of satisfaction was great to be honest and the caramel naked cake made our day joyful 😀

We ordered New York Cheesecake and it is the best by far cheesecake I've ever had in my life. I brought the cheesecake in my friend's place for our Christmas party lunch and everyone loves it. My diabetic friend tasted it and he can't stop himself for having more and my very sweet cautious friend had it as well and she said she'll definitely have to find this Patisserie New York Shop.
You get what you pay for, beautiful, delicious and a good quality cheesecake.

After a seriously difficult decision choosing from a huge range of picture perfect patisseries, I had the most beautiful delicate lemon meringue tart and coffee. The coffee was smooth and creamy and the tart was light and fresh with a perfect balance of tartness and sweet. I can’t wait to go back to try more... everything looks amazing.

I am spoilt. So when friends come visit, they know what to bring. What to bring = Good baked goods. The cakes, macarons, pies, tarts, EVERYTHING at Patisserie New York is even better than that. I promise. Look at my photos, it should give a hint!
Their chocolate mud cake. I know, boring choice in the face of rhubarb crumbles in all sizes, and miniature fruit tarts bursting with the rainbow! But it is the best chocolate mud cake that I have

Last year I spoilt my friends on my birthday with the Concord which is;
"Chocolate meringue disc topped with chocolate mousse another chocolate meringue disc and more chocolate mousse then the whole cake is covered with broken chocolate meringue pieces."
People are still talking about that cake.
The year before, Choc Rock:
"Hazelnut and almond meringue sponge disks with layers

Before you get over excited, these desserts are not from New York. But then again, with cakes like these, who really cares? This is one of the best cake shops I've ever been to. Located in the Sutherland Shire's suburb of Caringbah, Patisserie New York sells some of the best pastries Sydney has to offer, in particular their cakes. Among my personal favourites; the Belgian White Chocolate Mud, a white chocolate sponge layered with white chocolate ganache and topped with hand shaven chocolate curls - all of course made with fine Belgian chocolate.
