I enquired about Chidiac’s management services back in February as I knew I would be renting out my apartment later in the year. Johnny Chidiac personally called me to discuss and kept following up every couple of months through the year to see where I was at. I recently secured a new rental property through Chidiac Realty and the service they provided has been exceptional. It was a pleasure dealing directly with Mina Zakhary, who took care of everything with absolute professionalism, efficiency and attentiveness. He is responsive, reliable and professional but also has a good sense of humour. There was quite a tedious process in getting my pets approved with strata, but Mina went above and beyond to make sure it got through promptly and I greatly appreciate his efforts. If there was an option to give 6 stars, I would!!! I've been very lucky to be a tenant with Chidiac and even more lucky that I've had Nadia as my property agent. She's been such a dream to deal with whenever I've had questions or concerns. It's not often you encounter an agent like her, very personable and treats people with respect returning phone calls/emails promptly. Moving forward when looking to rent, I will always look at Chidac's first before heading to market.

When I first Arrived to Australia my experience in finding the first apartment was very good and smooth through the help of Mina from Chidiac, who have helped me to secure my apartment easily although I did not have enough rent history and records. We have been leasing through Chidiac Wentworth point for 7 years. The service is exceptional. The online reporting system for tenants was so easy to use and we were always contacted straight away.
