Reception staff (Tayla specifically) went out of her way to explain some confusions I had regarding billing. Fantastic reception service. Dr Sarah-Beth Magambo and Dr Michele McGrath are both fantastic clinicians that I recommend to all friends and family.

Always come away well informed. Love that the doctors (all drs) always give you the time you need to address any concerns and treat you like an individual and not a number, which is the reason why I will continue to take my family to IFMC.

Great doctors. Loved the fact Dr Mitchell spoke to my son explaining everything and included him in decisions about his care. Never feel rushed. Have seen three different doctors here now and found them all good. Dr Casey is also wonderful. The reception staff are friendly and approachable and more than happy to answer your questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone.

We have been seeing doctor Hayley commins for our baby girl since she was 6 weeks, and highly recommend her ! She is very attentive and take her time when she see her to make sure everything is all good. We never have to wait long neither which is a plus !!

Car park walking distance and free for up to 2 hours. ✅
Initial consultation was today 23.11.21 First impressions, friendly administrative staff, clean practice, adheres to Covid rules and regulations. Doctor on time and very thorough. No waiting time in this practice. ✅
Please note this is a private billing practice. Medicare does not cover all costs. 🌸

I made my appointment on line and the process is easy and efficient.
Felt sorry for the receptionists who are required to ask several Covid Related questions before allowing entry to the waiting room. Do people really not know the rules by now?

I have been a patient at Illawarra Family Medical Centre for many years and in that time have been with 3 different doctors. I have no complaint and any need for health treatment has been prompt and up to date. Any need for follow up is referred to specialists or modifying of prescription medication. The friendly responses of both doctors and staff is relaxing and positive.

My experience was both efficient and professional. My appointment was for 2:42 and the doctor called me into the surgery at 2:44 . He took time to answer my health questions and only proceeded when I felt comfortable. The nurse administering the vaccine was friendly and chatted as she proceeded with the injection. I was asked to wait in another area for 15 minutes to ensure there were no immediate adverse effects and this was comforting. Thank you IFMP
