Brilliant! With COVID, they are under enormous pressure, but I was able to organise my vaccinations quickly and efficiently. To the ladies at reception, thank you for handling such a hectic workload so efficiently & politely (it must be VERY difficult). Same to the doctors, you have made it an exceptional experience under all sorts of pressure and stress. I doubt most people understand what an accomplishment it is to provide such a service.

This is my go to medical centre. So far I had Dr. Lim, Dr. Mahfoud and Dr. Joseph and they’re all fantastic. I have to wait for an hr or abit over but I understand that it takes time to check each patient’s concern.

Possibly the best medical practice in Sydney - all of these doctors take the time to know their patients in an holistic approach, tending to both your physical and mental wellbeing. If waiting times are your only concern, then go to one of those centres where they churn you through in ten minutes regardless of your needs. The receptionists here are also brilliant - their functions involve twenty times more work than just answering phones and questions. So if you want the best medical care, be prepared to wait, because patients are scheduled according to both appointment times and needs prioritisation

I’ve utilised the services of this practice for almost 25 years. Dr Lim is our doc and he runs late. Can’t deny that. However, I choose to see someone with whom I have built trust. He looks after my family. Our youngest of 22 is on the spectrum. He has a great patient/doc relationship and the support of the staff over the years when my boys headspace was in a bad place. It’s that kind of relationship I depend upon. Wait, don’t wait. It’s about choices. I’m not into “fast food” type service for my medical care.

I give 4 stars to the receptionists and my doctor. The doctors do all they can with the time allotted to each patient.
The running of the practice falls squarely on the Practice Managers shoulders. She is the one who should and could make appointments and general running of this Medical Centre progress much more smoothly.
If you are not happy with the service you are requiring, I suggest, putting in a complaint with the owner of the Pharmacy, as he owns the Practice too.
Remember : you can ask reception for an extended appointment as well.

After hours medical Centre is a joke. My son had breathing problems and was heaving and wheezing really bad. My son had high fever of 38.7 & had a barking cough and was vomitting everytime. The doctor onsite said he is fine, did not prescribe him anything and his professional opinion was to use a wet cloth to bring down his fever instead of Panadol. My son is 2 months old and he actually had bronchitis & is now on high oxygen flow, if I hadn't taken my son to the hospital right after I seen this after hours doctor who told me to just go home, my son would of had a severe attack regarding his breathing

Yes, you wait a long time to see Dr Wellington, but that's because she takes her time with everyone to make certain she does the best by them. If its something minor then you might want to go to another clinic - but if its answers and thoroughness you're after then wait the extra time. Its no good complaining about how long you wait ... when you then appreciate it when a doctor gives you the time you need. Dr Wellington is a wonderful doctor who has solved problems that the hospitals and other doctors failed to diagnose. I hold her in the highest respect.
