Grand Master 8th Dan Gary Johnson [Soke] has trained exclusively in the Martial Arts for the past 47 years having studied under some of the Greatest Masters of numerous Arts throughout the World. Our Instructors have spent many years devoted to training in the art of Karate and other martial arts and have attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as teachers and also mentors. Through extensive testing, certification and tournament level competition, our staff has attained mastery in this martial art and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to their students.
Answer: The time it takes to become proficient varies with each individual. Students are often amazed by their own ability and accomplishment in as little as six months. Training will give you the confidence of knowing that you can defend yourself in most situations. Your real goal should be to attain the rank of Black Belt.

Where to start, nothing short of the highest praise for soko Gary and the team here.
Welcoming and helpful for both my three year old and myself (37) took the time to explain technical questions and reasons behind them.

Gary is in my honest opinion, one of the best, if not "The Best" martial artists in Australia. Gary & Leanne's Munen Muso Dojo is said to be the best on the Central Coast. I wouldn't be surprised to discover that it's one of the best anywhere in Australia. Top people and super talented martial artists, you and your family are in the best hands with Gary & Leanne and their team!
