Goju Kai Karate Do Sydney Inc ("club") is a martial arts club with foundations in traditional Japanese karate. Our style has a focus on self-defence, personal growth and development including self-confidence, discipline, balance, co-ordination and fitness.
This Club was established in 1968 by Paul Starling, Shihan 8th Dan Hanshi and Vice President of the International Karate-Do Goju-Kai Association of which Goshi Yamaguchi Hanshi is the President.The club is now run by the committee made up of senior black belt members as listed under the club information section.

Great place to come and train Goju Kai karate. From high level black belts to complete beginners all are welcomed and training is tailor made to your particular needs and skill levels. What's particularly great is the large number of senior grades mean there are a lot of people there looking out for you and helping you to improve.
