Acacia Gardens is 40 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Blacktown. Acacia Gardens was formerly a part of Quakers Hill. The name was chosen to reflect the rural quality of the suburb, with acacia trees being prevalent in the area. Many of the streets in the suburb are named after flowers.

Hence once such system we use for tenants to apply for a rental property is 1form! 1form is an application management system that allows property managers to oversee tenancy applications and allows tenants to apply for rental properties in a secure online account.
Very nice and customer focused Has all the qualities which a real state agent should have. Focused on their work and doing their job really well. It was great experience with sukhvinder thind. He has good knowledge about marketing and he provided us great service. He did really good work and make every step easier for us and service which I got was above my expectations.

Very unprofessional. Took too long to respond to issues or sometimes not at all. Inefficient. First property manager was Gurmeet, she wasn't able to manage properly got transferred to Sonia. Same issues, say's she's on top of things but had to follow up every time with her. We were only given one building key for two tenants. We were never given another one and refund of main door keys took almost half a year to process. If I could've given 0 stars I would. The stress and hassle working with them is not worth it.

My recent experience with the leasing team at Waratah was very positive. They found a great tenant quickly and exceeded my expectations in terms of rentals. It was a new property and thee were some issues that came up that had to be rectified by the builder. The team at Waratah managed the process very well and demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills. I feel like my investment property is in good hands with Waratah.

Gurmeet is highly recommended. She has been on top of all the repairs the house needed. She has been very thorough and vigilant with our property. She handled the case very well with tribunal regarding a bad tenant and recovered all the costs associated with repairs and rent arrears.
