At Little Coasties Kindergarten we recognise the value of each child and adult and believe in their potential to do great things in the future. Our centre is independently owned and operated and licenced to cater for 77 children aged from 6 weeks to 6 years. All staff maintain current first aid certificates and are rostered to ensure that appropriate staff to child ratios are maintained at all times.

Our centre is independently owned and operated and licenced to cater for 77 children aged from 6 weeks to 6 years. Our staff include: Centre Owners and Approved Provider, Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader, Early Childhood Teachers, Diploma and Certificate 111 qualified educators.
All staff hold a current and valid Working with Children check, maintain current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training and are rostered to ensure that appropriate staff:child ratios are maintained at all times according to the Regulations.

The program also reflects the cultural and social diversity of the individuals and groups of children within the centre. We recognise that children grow at different stages and treat each child as an individual so that they can learn, play and grow through interacting with other children, adults and the environment.
