I am happy with the way in which Natural Health Organics handled my order. I ordered Biologika Hand and Body Wash on a Tuesday. I received the goods in WA on Thursday, 2 days later. That was the quickest delivery ever. I was even contacted about a change in the ingredients of the product I had ordered, making sure I was still happy to have the order processed. I was also sent an image of the container with the ingredients listed.
I totally recommend Natural Health Organics. I am so pleased with the great service they provide.

From time to time we may be out of stock of certain items but we ensure that we keep our customers informed of their orders progress. All our customers are offered a full refund of a product if it is unavailable or they can not wait until the stock arrives.

I am extremely unhappy with my recent orders of products as they are not acdtually in stock. So the company takes your money then sends part of the order and leaves the rest on backorder . They keep telling you its coming but it does not. I have just found out that they are having major problems with the companies they are dealing with and therefore cannot get supply. yet they continue to have these products avaiable on line which are actually not available. I have been in retail for many years and have never heard of telling a customer that its not their fault as they cannot supply and you just
