Excellent service! Best staff! Great tasting Beer! And finally some good f*cking food!

Real rate for this hotel is 0000!!!! We have booked the room only because were desperate, since everything was booked out due to holidays. $140 per night(we booked 3), tiny little room for 2 people, old matress, filthy towels, cigarette smoke comes to your room from the bar downstairs, noise until 2am daily, shared moldy bathroom in the corridor. No secure parking for the guests, if all the car spots are taken you must look for the parking then. If you have better choice never book this hotel!!!

Since new management had taken over the hotel in 2016 the menu was never the same and prices went up.
I gave them the flick during that year and never returned.

Definitely one of the better pubs around Liverpool. Have a beer garden and decent back area with some booths. Pub food is pretty good and I liked my bangers and mash which was only $13 but most other meals are over $20. They also have lots of pub snacks and specials. Doesn't seem that nice from the front but actually a good pub.

Good pub food. Rump steak came out well done instead of medium rare but they replaced the whole meal for me. Poached pear was great but the ice cream had freezer burn.

Thank you to all the staff at Macquarie Hotel with their help for us to celebrate my daughters 2nd birthday party. The venue is ideal for private functions. Our guest were amazed at the ambience of the venue. Its a hidden gem. The food was amazing. And the service we were provided was on point. Keep up the good work and well done Macquarie Hotel! I will be recommending Macquarie Hotel for functions.

Have been going to the Macquarie hotel for quite a few years now. I am enjoying this hotel more these days . Good selection of beers on tap as well as Canadian Club. The food is great now with the new chef. Lots of choices and specials including rump steak with chips and salad for $15.00 including a free beer or wine. You can't get much better than that. Special is Monday to Fridays lunch and dinner. Very good experience last week went back today

Modern and clean. Good TAB but was lacking staff on a Wednesday night. Gaming room is nice, tidy and updated. Food options are also good, but did shut a little too early for us. Premium beers on offer in other bar that closed at 20:30 should be on offer at all bars. Would love to enjoy White Rabbit Dark Ale whilst on the punt. Meals looked decent and prices seemed reasonable. Will definitely go back.

Macquarie Bistro offers a fresher style of pub grub with a focus on flavour. Loved the sociable atmosphere, delicious food and reasonably priced 🍷 Some of the best pub food you will find out west!

Taylor was totally awesome. Best barman ever!!!! Food was tops as well!

A hidden gem in the leafy courtyard of Liverpool pub serving classic burgers, sexy salads, crispy buttermilk schnitzel and good quality steaks.
The ham and bechamel croquettes and fresh handmade cinnamon doughnuts with chocolate sauce are a must.
The food is handmade from locally sourced produce - This is a fresher style of pub grub with a focus on flavour.
Grab a glass of house red at a reasonable price - when we visited we received a glass of Geoff Merrill Pimpala Shiraz.

Underrated magical joint with lovely food, good drink options and a hidden gem of Macquarie Street. Definitely go to the back and get served at the outdoor/indoor garden bar and bistro. Drinks are cheap and perfect for daily and weekend shenanigans. Crowd is dependent on the day and timings. Definitely check Google

I held my 21st here and the staff could not have been more helpful and supportive in helping me arrange my event. Thank you so much guys, we had a great time
