Acupuncture is an oriental therapy that has been used for centuries to effectively relieve acute or chronic pain and assist with prevention or treatment of muscular pain and myophascial dysfunction. Acupuncture can help promote and restore the balance of energy, which flows throughout the body, the benefits of acupuncture can extend to a wide variety of conditions.

Walking into the Retreat I was in awe. I was surprised the essential oil used in the facility was barely noticeable which I love, since I seem to be very sensitive to smell. The receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating. I loved my pregnancy massage and did not mind the light intensity. Just wish some parts of my body were given more attention. Would definitely be back throughout my pregnancy!

Retreat Massage & Wellness excels with professional customer service and skilled therapists.
The relaxation and retail area is very inviting and calming, with enough privacy to relax before and after treatment, without too much disruption from the reception area.
Treatment rooms are spacious with comfortable tables and the addition of electric blankets (when necessary) add to the experience. The remote control buzzer to inform the therapist that it's ok to re-enter the room when I am ready

As I've recently become a regular client, they have continuously provided immaculate services, a tranquil calming atmosphere & massage treatments that leave me rejuvenated every time.
Special mention to my previous therapists, Rumi, Jenny, Jane & Nozomi. Four wonderful ladies who are professional, hard working & amazing at what they do. Last but not least, thank you to the very kind receptionist who is always warm & welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

I had a deep tissue massage at Retreat and can honestly say this was the only professional massage I have ever enjoyed! They were professional and welcoming, the experience wasn’t ruined by any noise or disturbances outside like I have experienced in the past, and Jane my masseuse had the perfect pressure and left me feeling 10x better than I had walked in. The complimentary takeaway water or tea was also a really lovely touch. I’ll definitely be back!

I was not disappointed - the atmosphere upon entering is amazing, the warm and welcoming feeling was perfect and my Aromatherapy and Hot Stone massage was awesome.
My therapist was professional, she was knowledgeable, expereinced and the pressure was just right. Thank you!
The take away hot tea topped of a wonderful experience.
I would highly recommend heading there for your next massage.

It was my first time visiting The Retreat Massage and Wellness centre and from the moment I walked in I felt bliss. From the ambience of the music, to the beautiful decor and aromatherapy oils I could smell, I was transported to an immediate feeling of relaxation. I appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail. My therapist was attentive to my needs and complemented remedial massage with relaxation; the perfect mix for me. I will definitely be returning.

I had such an amazing massage here! My muscles have been so tight and sore as my job is very physically demanding and stressful, my muscles feel so much better now and I’m relaxed! This so such a beautiful place too, so pretty to look at when you walk in the door. Highly recommended!
