Such a lovely experience! Each Christmas my wife and I gift each other a massage package as a gift. We decided to try Harbour Day Spa and I couldn’t be happier with our choice! 2 hours of absolute delight! Sally was amazing and I will definitely be back for those time I feel like I need to switch off and zone out for a while. ☺️

Went for a group booking, had the signature 1 hour massage. The front foyer area is beautifully presented and Elle (Ellen) was incredibly professional and helpful. Very welcoming. My massage was OK. It was relaxing enough but I don’t know if I would rush back. The massage therapist I had didn’t really seem to want to be there…I just had the impression like it must have been her last shift for the day and she couldn’t wait to get out of there. It was pretty impersonal and felt rushed. I feel bad writing this because you can tell how much effort Elle goes to in ensuring everything is perfect

Got gifted a spa package which I didn't even get to enjoy so instead I traded it with an aunt for babysitting. However she said after years of getting spa treatments the massage part of the package was by far the worst. I'm so disappointed she didn't enjoy her massage as that's the one thing she was looking forward to the most as was I if I had got to use it. After hearing nothing but great things about the place our expectations were up there but sadly left very disappointed and not relaxed at all.

Love the new location. Carly's attention to detail in making me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I stepped into the brow bar. Truely blessed to be in such capable hands!
