From the time you arrive at our Swiss Alpine Chalet be immersed by its tranquil surrounds. On arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and a welcome tray. Choose from a selection of relaxation, therapeutic massage options. Begin with our Cleopatra rose petal foot soak overlooking the spectacular hinterland & Gold Coast views.
On Eagle Wings Mountain Retreat and Spa Gold Coast experience total relaxation with our range of Pure Fiji body treatments. You're invited to select a spa body treatment service to suit you. Or, you may include a body treatment in one of our spa treatment packages for a more indulgent experience. The most uplifting, refreshing, and relaxing environment I've been to in years, and definitely the most unique I've been, ever. The facility areas are outside, surrounded by a beautiful landscape and awesome view. If you relax and take it in, you'll feel you'll be in unity with God, yourself, and nature, all of which leads to a long heathy lifestyle. I really appreciated the hospitality from Sophie; the lovely manager there.

I am 100% sure that all of these 5 star reviews are just the owner or staff on fake accounts because there is no way people actually enjoy this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.
I took my mother to eagle wings day spa for a 2hr day spa package for two. Upon first impressions of eagle wings day spa, we very quickly noticed how it did not resemble the quality or standard that is advertised on the website. The day spa is extremely dated and run down, the layout is confusing and it smelt old. The decor looked cheap and nasty and it is clear to see that no profits go towards maintenance

We went for an anniversary celebration and being an ex Australasian day spa trainer I have high expectations.
I found the staff lovely, pool is amazing and warm, with no smell or feel of chlorine, the spa was great with the turnover of other treatments working well to not be too busy.
We also enjoyed the high tea, not super impressive but good and not the whole point of this day.
The treatments were amazing with beautiful rooms, well thought out facilities and very well trained staff that I was super impressed with. Both my husband and I were half asleep which says a lot.

Asked for deep tissue massage, paid extra for it. Massage was average at best and definitely not deep tissue. Complained to manager, who didn’t really seem to care and didn’t even offer to refund the extra costs I paid. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone wanting a professional massage.

I hate naming any names but BRONWYN YOU ARE THE BEST! I had the most relaxing chocolate wrap with her and she was really nurturing. Her massages are firm without being painful and the flow of the coconut oil with hot stone was seamless.
Also important to mention that whilst our booking is at 2:30pm, that is not when your treatment starts- you get to relax in the pool, no one rushes you, get a welcome drink, a foot soak... everything is so relaxed here it’s amazing. Just remember to allow plenty of time for your treatment ❤️

Pros: fantastic service. Greeted with a welcome drink and Chocolate. High tea was nice and tasty, but jatz biscuits seemed a bit cheap for a $285 pp package. Massage was awesome! Given a robe and slippers to wear. Hot chocolate was delicious.

Seems a bit cheap, bath matt’s and cushions are old and worn as well as furnishings. The towels used in the treatment room were old and not soft. Sort of rushed to have your high tea because others need that table to have theirs.
