My daughter had her 8th birthday party here recently and it was great. I didn't have to do a thing, the girls even cut the cake for me. The only thing my daughter didn't like was sitting around waiting for each friend to have their nails painted, maybe they could play party games whilst this was done (that's what they did whilst they were getting their "makeup"). Other than that they all had a fantastic morning

I got Groupon deal mum and daughter pack for myself and my mother in law whose birthday present. I booked for 4 of us. When we arrived only one staff there she didn’t know anything about our booking. Admin lady booked for me who’s been on holiday another admin had no idea. We specially went for nail service however nail person’s been on holiday which I didn’t know. We left and asked refund. We were so looking forward to having nails and hi tea today. It was really really disappointing happen to us. We didn’t want arrange another day as we came from NSW. Takes too long sometimes when cross

I took my 5 year old daughter and her two best friends there for a princess makeover on the weekend... all I can say is WOWWW!!!! 😍It was 😍😍THE MOST ADORABLE 😍😍experience I have ever seen my daughter have. I wanted to melt into a puddle, the girlie cuteness factor was in full effect. This is an amazing little pamper place for young girls. The Staff (fairy godmother's) are incredible with the children. I don't think the girls stopped smiling once. All three girls were mesmerised and excited the entire time. We walked past the disco room and it looked amazing too! I will be having

VERY unorganized.
I texted a week before of the event how many kids I was having for my daughter’s party and they said no.
I made the payment for the amount of kids I said I was having, on the day of the party they wasn’t organized for the amount of kids I said a week before I was having, they were prepared for 3 kids less. The party started 20 min late (kids were unsettled by the waiting).
At the end I had to pay again for 3 kids that I already pay a week earlier.
When finally the party started one of the staff encouraged all parents to come back an hour later to pick up the kids. In the

This is the worst customer experience of my life. We booked an appointment at 10am in Robina and we’re told to come back at 1145 as a they were running late. We then returned at 1145 and were told another hours wait.
The website says max of 3 bookings per time slot but they’re were only two lady’s there braiding.
The poor girls at the braid bar had no break and lots of angry mums screaming at them.
Lots of sad little girls crying as their mums had to cancel due to running 2,5 hours late, very disappointing and a poor way to run a business.

My daughter had a daddy daughter day and a Pampered Princess Chocolate Spa was the surprise. My daughter loved every minute of it and spoilt with chocolate and more chocolate. We will be definitely going back for more. Maybe a mamma daughter date
